What is the cancellation policy?
We understand the things happen, so we kindly ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hrs before your appointment. You will be allowed 1 reschedule. If you are not able to make your rescheduled appointmet ,you will forfeit your original deposit and be required to pay in full to book your next appointment.
Can I bring a companion?
Unfortunately, we do not allow additional guest who are not being serviced unless they are the parent or caregiver of the client. We also do not allow children in the salon unless they are being serviced. We hope that you understand .
Is there a deposit?
All appointments require a 50% Deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are applied to the total cost of services. The balance is due upon completion of service via cash, debit, or credit card.
What if I am late?
In order to respect the time of other clients and out staff, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur a $15 late fee. Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will have to reschedule.
